I recieved Maylor on February 21, 2010 as an adopted budgie. Shortly aftrer I got him home he bagan talking in context and this is his story. In it I will document his recordings as they are translated and his word count. There will be pages on his shorter more understandable recordings as well as his longer more complex ones. It was quite obvious to me that in Maylor's first recording he was demonstrating a similar ability for talking in context as Victor. Even though there were parts in it where he chirped out phrases, for the most part it was quite understandable to me.
So it looks like I will have to put off Victor's story for a while because of Maylor. A lady gave him to me because she could not take care of him. I first met this budgie about one year ago. When I saw it in the cage it was suffering badly. I told the owner it had mites and needed immediate attention. She took it to the vet and got it treatment. After treatment the mites went away and the budgie got healthy again.
So when the owner asked me if I would take the budgie I jumped at the chance. One day it flew in her garden when she was outside. It must of flew away from it's first home. So she really did not plan to have it. I
My other budgies are in their own room. and I knew I had to isolate him first for 6 weeks to avoid bringing any sicknesses to my other budgies. So I decided to work with him on his own. I moved my computer into a separate room just for him where I knew I would be spending a lot of time. This is what Maylor said in his first recording. I will highlight in yellow his clearer words and phrases.

Maylor is talking about my wife Linda and our 4 1/2 month old daughter Kayla. Linda gave Maylor a lot of attention during his first few hours with us while I was setting up his new room.

Ryan's comments:
I only had a few seconds to diagnose Maylor when I say him the first time. I immediately knew that it was mites and told his guardian to take him to the vet. His eyes and beak were all covered and his eyes were almost closed shut they were so bad. I was surprised to see that he was such a frisky little guy for all the suffering he must have been in.

It did not take Maylor long to pick up on the fact that Victor was my budgie and he even remembered my name after I only told it to him once.

Maylor must have bonded well with his first guardian because of his talking abilities. Often bonded budgies think they can fly away and find their way back home. Unfortunately many of them never can return because they are in unfamiliar territory. So he is telling me that he will not fly away this time. The woman who gave him to me said that he flew on her shoulder one day when she was in her yard. He was very hungry and thirsty and that is probably where he picked up his mites.

There are some very interesting parts in this last segment. From listening to Victor he knowsthat I translate budgies and says he is willing to help. Then he talks about me being his roommate. He obviously sensed my willingness to want to move my computer in with him in a room so I could be near him more. Lastly he talks about budgies sleeping. I don't know how much attention he received in his last home, but I know he was not allowed out of his cage. The first thing I did when things settled down a bit was leave the cage door open so he could come out when he wants. Doing this showed him that he is welcome in our home and he makes
reference to that.
Lastly, I would like to say how amazing and cute this budgie is and sounds. He is very clear in most of what he says and I look forward to doing more translations of him.

As some of you may know, I have been doing dream translations for a few years. I believe that I have a special connection to the spiritual world and many of my dream transcriptions have resulted in prophecy. Here is the translation for the 2nd recording of Maylor. There are parts of this recording that are very clear, and parts that I had to open up spiritually to understand. Many of you should be able to hear the clear parts, which I will put in "yellow" The unmarked parts are spiritual communications which I have learned how to understand through the connection I have. In the first day he talked quite a bit and I had several recordings to translate. They would keep me busy over the next two days. I spent most of evenings with Maylor. He was still a bit shy and would not come out of his cage even when I left the door open. I put the cage on the floor, opened the door and tried to coach him up on my finger. It seemed like he did not want to come out and pecked at my finger without any fear. Finally I got him out and set him on top of the cage. He flew around the room a couple of times and landed on the floor. Within a few minutes he began walking towards the cage and stopped in front of my feet. He reminded me of Victor when he began pecking off the cotton balls on my socks. Then he returned to his cage. It took him a few minutes to find the door after rotating around the cage a few times, but finally he did and went back in . He then went to the new mirror I put in the cage for him and began talking again. "Thank you for the mirror, Ryan," he said. Too bad I did not have any more room left on the recorder. I will have to download what I have to the computer so I can get some more.
