I believe Victor is poking fun at human sex here, while at the same time
telling us that he believes what we do in the bedroom is our business.
Victor continues:
Our eyes have an area to scroll
I form a mist and head anywhere.

When God’s still looking, you’ll attend.
Ryan's comments:
I think he is joking again when he says that he forms a mist and can head anywhere. Unless he is talking about an out of body experience here. In the last part he says, "When God is still looking, you’ll attend. When God looks at us we have no choice but to attend I guess.
Victor continues:
How come your buddies aren’t testing my tongue?
Talk in the third part and cast the doubt.
Then there be a better reason to trust this bird's call
They just cannot trust the leash of Victor.
He’s going to get his pleasure and play the act too far?
It just goes out to one meter.
Ryan's comments:
When Victor mentions people should be testing his tongue, I believe he is referring to the scientific community and scholars in the animal intelligence field. In most cases when you hear parrots talk they willtalk in the third party and you can often tell they are only mimicking what they have been taught. Victor only talked in the third party when he was trying to use himself to make a point. So I believe he is saying that we should talk to our buddies in the third part or party about some of the things that he is saying. It is interesting how Victor talks about his invisible leash. For the most part, the scientific community has put an invisible leash on animal intelligence. Victor says his leash only goes out to about one meter so that is not very far for a little bird who wants to talk about the world.
Victor continues:
They just want to critique and take apart.
They can tell I bob this head and body.
Look at this throat. Take a look kids.

Ryan's comments:
When he says they only want to critique and take apart what he is
saying, again he is referring to the scientific community and those that
do not believe it is a bird really talking in conversational language. He tells his viewing
audience to take a look at the way his head and body bobs when he talks. You can see it very clearly in this video as well. He also talks to the kids about listening to his recordings and viewing his videos with company. He asked the kids to let the school board or message boards know about him and push them to have his videos as part of the learning process of animal intelligence. Perhaps with schools he means all right up to universities and higher learning.
Victor continues:

Ryan's comments:
When Victor says my buddy wants a birthday because he has none yet, I believe he is talking about the newly born and even the unborn. If our future is in trouble because of what we humans are doing to it now, then perhaps it will effect the future births of humanity if we don’t do something about it soon. In the above part he talked about buying his videos to watch on the TV and how they could warm our world's future. Perhaps he thinks that most people are too cold towards animal intelligence.
Victor continues:
And don't you notice that it's sounding better?
Accept that he doesn't take stock.
Offer it in the store now.

Ryan's comments:
Some how Victor knew that the videos would sound better in time and he
knew that I am talking my time to get them out to be sold in stores. However,
he believed that there would be a time that they would be available in the stores as well. He believed that his videos had a market or a piece (of action) in the stores. At one point he says, “Put it off.” I am not sure if he is telling me to put off getting it in the stores, or turn the video off.
Victor continues:
When it’s nuts, they’ll not come from us.

A part of this is you all needed the factory tour.
Ryan's comments:
In most of Victor's videos he tried to talk about or foresee a future event. In this one I believe he is talking about the recent (2008) peanut butter problems that they had and the factory that was closed down because of it. I am not sure what he means by nuts being bad and blacking up. Perhaps he is comparing his videos to nuts or food for thought. Then he talks about the dot com of the little bird, which is obviously him. If some of his videos were bad before and not translated properly, they should be corrected. And it does not mean that they or all the factories have the same problem. I should apologize that I should have spent more time on the videos when I first translated them so they would have been right or more correct the first time. However, I have been at this for 10 years now and my abilities have evolved as well over time. So perhaps I am the nut that had too many beers the first time that I translated these videos over 10 years ago. Since then I don’t drink any more so I hope this will help the dot com of the little budgie too.
Victor continues:
Set an adjustment. That should work.

Ryan's comments:
When he is talking about an adjustment here, perhaps he means adjusting the speed of the videos when you listen to them. It might make them easier to understand. Many people cannot even read as fast as Victor talks so it would be very difficult for them unless they were slowed down. Just in this last year I have began to slow them down and post captions to the slowed down versions as well. Perhaps that is what Victor meant about telling someone and it becomes work. If I do it for each video, it would be a
heck of a lot of work. He also pokes fun at the people who get bored when they watch his videos because they are missing so much. Lastly, he mentions poisoning his food. I believe that he meant that he isn’t going away just because there are people out there who are bored listening him. and they only way your going to get rid of him is by poisoning his food.
Victor continues:
Who‘ll challenge this anyway?
The work of toadstool.
There’s an effort by them.
That's now a bad area. I better not do that.

Ryan's comments:
I think Victor knows that even when the captions are better they will still be challenged. He refers to the work of toadstool. Perhaps he means the work of people who poison the general public with untruths about animal intelligence. In a previous video Victor talked about saying positive things to so they don’t get upset. I think in that he caught himself talking negatively and said it was a bad area to get into and that he should not be doing it.
Victor continues:
The same way as Ryan had the advise and like of us
And some recording changes in time if I rushed my talking.

Ryan's comments:
Victor talks about how there were a group of budgies that I worked with and some gave me advice. Many were happy to work with me. They often spoke directly to me and some even asked for help with their guardians. He also mentions that the recordings change over time because he rushed his talking and was hard to understand. Yes at 200 wpm sometimes, he did talk pretty fast. In the next part it was interesting how he talks about a TV dot's turning colour. Out of this statement we know that budgies can see the smallest of the pixels on a TV and colour as well. So if a televisions dots can change and the picture can alter, why wouldn’t the same thing happen to the sound in his recordings as well. I know that the recordings directly from the video are much clearer and easier to understand now as well. Perhaps in the conversion process there is some distortion as well. All I can say is I am not a sound engineer and I do my best to give you the best quality sound and videos.
Victor continues:
Oh, tis like they are inventors and they watch it all born.

Ryan's comments:
For those that are the first to really know that Victor is talking in context and saying for the most part, what I am translating, then they are here as explorers on an incredible adventure. They are also like inventor as well. Victor talks about the importance of knowing how intelligent animals are and that it is not right to eat them. He says not to race off and heed them. I think he is saying that we should pay more attention to our animals and they will keep us company. It is really cute when he says that if you are friendly you will get a kiss. He blows a little kiss for the word and says you
will feel it.
Victor continues:
God saves a bed for us.
The world we can make right for all of us
It will be much more natural.
We’ll all know it's something special.
Our cause will conquer and spit at death when our future is set better.

Ryan's comments:
The last part of this clip is my favorite where he talks about how special the world is
and how we will conquer death in the future. He finished it with saying he wanted to be "employed" to defend the earth. For many years I believe he said Merry Christmas instead of Harry Christna. I have no idea where it came from of why he said it, but if you listen close enough, you should be able to hear it too.
